About Our Memberships

  1. Beginning January 1, 2026, memberships are $70.00 per year.  All our memberships are on a calendar year basis, and need to be renewed on January 1st.
  2. Your membership entitles you, your spouse and children under 18 years of age to use both private ranges. Children under age 15 must have adult supervision on the ranges at all times.
  3. Our outdoor ranges are open to our members seven (7) days per week, with the exception of the Deep Creek day-use range. It is closed to everyone, including members, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  4. Other than our day use range, our ranges are members’ only ranges. There is a “No Guest” policy that is enforced. There are guest passes available for out-of-area shooters, when accompanied by a card-carrying member. Passes must be requested in advance. They are available from our Secretary/Treasurer or from the caretaker at Deep Creek.
  5. We do not offer gift memberships.

Obtaining a Membership

  1. Memberships can be obtained by mail, by using the Digital Payment button below, or from the Deep Creek caretaker (Friday through Monday only).
  2. If you want to obtain a membership by mail, include a check made out to HCSA with the downloadable membership form above.  After we receive your payment, you will be mailed a membership card.
  3. If you want to use the digital payment option, the button below will take you to a secure website to pay by credit or debit card.  A $5 processing fee is added when you use this option.  After we receive confirmation of payment, you will be mailed a membership card.
  4. Memberships can also be obtained from the Deep Creek caretaker (Friday through Monday only) with a check made out to HCSA or exact change.

A few things:

  1. When you click the link, you will be directed off-site to a secure server system.
  2. Using the digital payment option does not provide “immediate” access to our ranges.  After we receive confirmation of payment, you will be mailed a membership card.  Possessing a membership card is the only way to access our member ranges.
